Yatta

Yatta is a DIY sushi restaurant where you can build your own sushi, having the option of selecting from a menu or creating your own roll. Employees will deliver you your ingredients and instructions that will be on a table, and there will even be a video for you to follow. Then it’s your time to shine and create your own roll. Creating the best sushi restaurant for you to come to with friends and create lots of memories. This restaurant will bring you a whole new experience to the sushi restaurant industry. It will be located in downtown Miami. For this project I had to find a location and estimate its buildout, develop a concept, and estimate a full year’s budget of all income and expenses. I created menus, carry out bags and boxes, ads and pricing and imaging. I worked with a realtor to come up with a real location, an accountant to predict real numbers and a lawyer to discuss legal formation and limited liability.
